  • English muffins, split
  • Breakfast sausage patties (homemade or store-bought)
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 6 slices of cheese (American, cheddar, or your favorite meltable cheese)
  • Cooking spray or butter, for greasing

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Sausage

  1. If using raw breakfast sausage, shape into round patties.
  2. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  3. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.

Step 2: Bake the Eggs

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Crack and whisk eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch baking pan.
