Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prep the Salmon
- Clean the salmon fillet with a little water and lime juice if desired.
- Remove the skin and cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.

2. Season the Salmon
- Place the salmon pieces into a bowl and season with all-purpose seasoning, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, lemon pepper seasoning, and olive oil.
- Toss until evenly coated.

3. Cook the Salmon
- Heat garlic herb butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pan-sear the salmon pieces for 3–5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess butter.

4. Make the Slaw and Sauce
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, chili crunch oil, garlic puree, and lime juice.
- Add the jalapeño, green cabbage, red cabbage, and shredded carrots.
- Mix until everything is well coated.

5. Toast the Wrap
- Lightly toast the tortilla or wrap in a skillet until warm and slightly crisp. This helps keep the wrap sturdy when filled.

6. Assemble and Serve
- Place the salmon and slaw mixture in the center of the toasted wrap.
- Fold tightly and serve immediately.

Pro Tips and Serving Suggestions
- Use salmon cubes rather than large pieces so they fit easily inside the wrap.
- Add avocado slices for extra creaminess.
- For extra crunch, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on the slaw.
- If you like heat, add more chili crunch oil or sliced jalapeños.
- Pair with sweet potato fries or cucumber salad for a balanced meal.
