- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg + splash of water (egg wash)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cook the Seafood
- Rinse and chop shrimp.
- Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic and shallots, then add shrimp and crab.

- Remove from heat.
