Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup coconut aminos
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 2–3 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes
  • Fresh kale (enough for 2–4 servings, stems removed, torn into pieces)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Sauce

  1. In a food processor, combine olive oil, coconut aminos, red onion, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and sundried tomatoes.
  2. Blend until the mixture forms a smooth, rich sauce. Adjust cayenne to your spice preference.
