Sometimes you need more than a burger. You need a remix. Enter: Bacon Big Mac Egg Rolls. This recipe takes everything you love about a Big Mac—seasoned beef, cheese, onions, and that iconic mac sauce—and wraps it in a crispy, golden egg roll.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Cook the Ground Beef

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat.
  • Season generously with onion powder, garlic powder, and burger seasoning.
  • Break it up as it cooks until browned.
  • Drain excess grease.

2. Make the Mac Sauce

  • Mix mayo, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of sugar.
  • Adjust to your taste, then chill in the fridge.

3. Cook the Bacon

  • Crisp up bacon in a pan or air fryer.
