Ingredients
For the Shrimp Mixture
- 1½ lb colossal shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs

- Pour in milk and melted butter.

4. Add Flour and Cornmeal
