Ingredients
For the Tea Blend:
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus petals
- 1/4 cup red raspberry leaf
- 2 tbsp marshmallow root
- 2 tbsp uva ursi leaf
For the Watermelon:
- 1 medium seeded watermelon (locally grown, if possible)
- Optional sweetener (if needed)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Prepare the Watermelon
- Remove the rind and slice the watermelon into small chunks.

2. Dehydrate the Fruit
- Dehydrate at 125–135°F until completely dried.

3. Mix the Herbal Blend
- Combine hibiscus, raspberry leaf, marshmallow root, and uva ursi in a large bowl.

4. Add Watermelon to Blend
- Toss in the dried watermelon and mix well to create a balanced, aromatic tea.

5. Steep & Serve
- Use 1 tbsp of blend per cup of hot water, steep for 5–7 minutes, strain, and enjoy over ice.
