Ingredients

½ cup coconut condensed milk

2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes

2 cups almond slivers (or sub with cashews)

½ cup chocolate chips

Peanut butter granola (handful or to preference)


Step-By-Step Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flakes, almond slivers, peanut butter granola, and chocolate chips.
  2. Stir until the mix is evenly distributed.

Step 3: Add the Coconut Condensed Milk

  1. Pour in ½ cup coconut condensed milk.
  2. Stir well to coat all dry ingredients—everything should look lightly “glued” together.

Step 4: Shape the Clusters

  1. Using a ¼ measuring cup, scoop and press the mixture into mounds.
  2. Place mounds on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cluster.

Step 5: Bake & Cool

  2. Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
