Ingredients

For the Base

  • 1 cup soft dates (pitted)
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon oil (coconut or avocado preferred)

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ÂĽ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of pink salt

  • ÂĽ cup crushed peanuts
  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon oil (to melt chocolate)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Make the Base Layer

  • In a bowl or food processor, mix dates, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, and oil until soft and dough-like.
  • Press into a lined baking dish.

2. Add the Filling

Whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Spread evenly over the base layer.

3. Top with Peanuts

  • Sprinkle crushed peanuts over the filling, pressing them in lightly.

4. Melt the Chocolate
