Ingredients

For the Potato Wedges:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Cut the Potatoes

  • Slice potatoes into even wedges for consistent cooking.

2. Soak & Dry

  • Place wedges in water to remove starch, then pat completely dry with paper towels.

3. Prepare the Dry Batter

  • Mix flour with black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried parsley in a shallow dish.

4. Mix the Wet Batter

  • Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk, and whisk until smooth.

5. Coat the Wedges

  • Dip each wedge into the dry batter, then into the wet batter, then back into the dry batter.

6. Fry Until Crispy

  • Fry wedges in hot oil until golden brown and crispy on the outside.

7. Make the Hot Honey Sauce

  • In a separate pan, melt butter and stir in hot sauce, honey, and olive oil.

8. Glaze the Wedges

  • Place fried wedges in a baking dish and pour the hot honey sauce over them.

9. Garnish & Serve

  • Top with extra dried parsley and serve hot!
