Biscoff Banana Pudding: A Creamy, Crunchy No-Bake Delight

A Sweet Treat That’s All About Layers of Black Joy

Biscoff Banana Pudding is where comfort food and elevated dessert dreams collide. This no-bake dessert combines the nostalgic Southern flavors of banana pudding with the spiced caramel crunch of Biscoff cookies and cookie butter. It’s creamy, crunchy, sweet, and sophisticated—without ever turning on the oven.

Banana pudding is a staple in many Black families, often served at Sunday dinners, church events, and holidays. But this remix takes it to the next level. Thanks to the genius of @thatgirl.mandi, this dessert gets a cheesecake-inspired upgrade with cream cheese and a hint of cookie butter decadence. It’s no surprise this recipe is going viral—it’s giving “luxury banana pudding” in the best way.

Ingredients List (What You Need)

  • 3.4 oz cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 3.4 oz banana cream instant pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • Biscoff cookie butter spread (melted for drizzling)
  • 2 packs of Biscoff cookies
  • Bananas, sliced

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Mix the Puddings
In a large bowl, whisk together the cheesecake and banana pudding mixes with 4 cups of milk until smooth and thick. Set aside to thicken further.

2. Make the Cream Mixture
In another bowl, beat together the whipped cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and well combined.

3. Add the Whipped Topping
Fold in the Cool Whip gently until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

4. Combine Pudding and Cream Mixtures
Slowly fold the pudding mixture into the cream mixture. Stir gently until fully combined to maintain the airy texture.

5. Assemble the Layers
In your serving dish (a 9×13 glass dish works great), start with a layer of Biscoff cookies. Then add a layer of the pudding mixture, followed by a layer of sliced bananas.

6. Add Texture and Flavor
Sprinkle a few crushed Biscoff cookies and drizzle some melted Biscoff cookie butter over the banana layer.

7. Repeat the Layers
Continue layering cookies, pudding, bananas, and cookie butter drizzle until all ingredients are used. Finish with a final thick layer of pudding.

8. Let It Set
Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to firm up.

9. Garnish Before Serving
Top with extra banana slices, a generous sprinkle of crushed Biscoff cookies, and one last drizzle of cookie butter for that “wow” finish.
