- 1/4 cup arrowroot starch

- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme

Step-By-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the Mushrooms
- Trim the root ends off the enoki mushrooms.
- Gently separate them into small clusters.

2. Mix the Wet Batter
- In one bowl, whisk together ground flaxseed, water, mustard, and hot sauce until smooth.

3. Mix the Dry Batter
- In a separate bowl, combine chickpea flour, arrowroot starch, and all listed seasonings until evenly blended.

4. Dredge the Mushrooms
- Dip the enoki clusters into the wet batter first.
