- ½ cup heavy cream

- 1 tsp sazon
- ½ tsp paprika

- Burrito-size tortillas
- Tostada shells
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
- Taco sauce (optional)
- Mexican blend cheese
- Small tortillas (for the top layer)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Marinate the Steak
- Place skirt steak in a bowl and squeeze orange and lime juice over it.
- Season with adobo, garlic powder, sazon, black pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Mix well.

2. Cook the Steak
