Cheesy, Spicy, and Perfect for Sharing

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders bring bold heat, creamy texture, and cheesy pull-apart satisfaction all in one bite. Perfect for game day, potlucks, or easy weeknight dinners, they combine rotisserie chicken with tangy buffalo sauce, creamy ranch, and melty cheese—baked into buttery-soft Hawaiian sweet rolls for the ultimate crowd-pleasing tray.

Ingredients

  • Rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Green onion, chopped
  • Cream cheese (softened)
  • Ranch dressing
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Black pepper
  • Ranch seasoning
  • Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Make the Buffalo Chicken Filling

  • In a large bowl, mix shredded rotisserie chicken with cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth and well combined.
  • Season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and ranch seasoning to taste.
  • Stir in chopped green onions and shredded Colby Jack cheese.

Step 2: Prep the Rolls

  • Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls.
  • Place the bottom half in a baking dish.

Step 3: Assemble the Sliders

  • Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on and gently press down.

Step 4: Bake

  • Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter if desired.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.

Step 5: Serve

  • Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Pro Tips and Serving Suggestions

  • Add more buffalo sauce if you like it extra spicy.
  • Serve with celery sticks and extra ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
  • Make it ahead of time and bake just before serving.
