These Loaded Surf and Turf Fries are pure indulgence—crispy golden fries topped with juicy steak, buttery shrimp, melty mozzarella, and a rich Parmesan cream sauce. It’s the perfect mashup of comfort food and luxury, served sizzling hot in a cast-iron skillet for maximum impact.

Each layer brings its own flavor: seasoned steak with a savory Worcestershire finish, shrimp cooked gently in butter, and fries that hold up under all that goodness. This dish is bold, filling, and made to impress.


Ingredients

Fries

  • Russet potatoes, sliced into fries
  • Cold water, for soaking
  • Oil, for frying

Steak

  • Steak, cut into cubes
  • Kinder’s Brazilian Steak seasoning
  • Worcestershire sauce

Shrimp

  • Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Badia Complete seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Butter

Toppings

  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Parmesan cream sauce

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Prep the Fries

  • Slice russet potatoes into fries and soak in cold water to remove excess starch.
  • Drain and dry thoroughly.

2. Season the Proteins

  • In a bowl, season steak cubes with Kinder’s Brazilian Steak seasoning.
  • In a separate bowl, season raw shrimp with Badia Complete seasoning and paprika.

3. Fry the Potatoes

  • Fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove and drain.

4. Cook the Steak

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak until browned and cooked to your liking.
  • Finish with a splash of Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat.

5. Cook the Shrimp

  • In a separate pan, melt butter and cook shrimp until pink and just cooked through.

6. Assemble & Serve

  • Add fries to a cast iron skillet.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese, steak, and shrimp.
  • Finish with cilantro and drizzle generously with Parmesan cream sauce.
  • Serve hot.
