- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 garlic cloves, minced
- Chopped cilantro, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and coat the chicken thighs thoroughly.
