Ingredients

For the Shrimp

1 lb fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Dash of hot sauce, to taste

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

2 tbsp HEB garlic butter (or garlic herb butter of your choice)
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

For the Rice

1 cup jasmine or long grain rice
1 cup water
1 tbsp Italian seasoning

For the Veggies

1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed and chopped


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prep the Asparagus

  • Trim and chop the asparagus into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

2. Rinse and Cook the Rice

  • Rinse the rice, add equal parts water and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook in a rice cooker or on the stove.

3. Peel, Devein, and Season the Shrimp

  • Peel and devein the shrimp.

4. Bake the Shrimp
