Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Boil and Prep the Sweet Potatoes
- Boil 5 whole sweet potatoes until they are completely fork-tender.
- Peel off the skins once cool enough to handle.

2. Mash the Potatoes
- Place the peeled sweet potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
- Blend with a hand mixer until smooth, making sure there are no strings or lumps.

3. Mix the Base Ingredients
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter.

5. Add the Eggs
