Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Make the Raspberry Syrup
- Pour 1 cup water into a saucepan.
- Add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup fresh raspberries.
- Squeeze half a lemon into the pot and drop the rind in.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.
- Let cool completely.

2. Prep the Lemon Juice
- Cut 4 lemons in half.
- Juice them and set aside 4 oz fresh lemon juice.
