Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Make the Meatballs
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, peppers, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings until combined.
- Roll into even-sized meatballs.

2. Brown the Meatballs
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove and set aside.

3. Build the Gravy
- In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until fragrant.
