Ingredients
Seafood & Pasta:
- 3 snow crab clusters
- 1½ lbs salmon
- 1½ lbs shrimp
- 16 oz linguine pasta
Sauce & Aromatics:
- 1½ sticks KerryGold garlic & herb butter
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- ¼ cup chopped shallots
- 1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 oz raw spinach
- 1½ cups heavy whipped cream
- ⅓ cup white cooking wine
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chili onion crunch
- 3 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Olive oil
Seasonings:
- Seafood Magic
- Slap Ya Mama
- Italian seasoning
- Crushed red pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
Steps: How to Make This Seafood Pasta
1. Remove Crab Meat
- Crack open the snow crab clusters and remove all the meat.
- Set aside.

2. Season & Bake Salmon
- Coat salmon in olive oil and season with all dry spices.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

3. Season & Cook Shrimp
- Season shrimp the same way, fry in a large pot for 2 minutes per side.
- Remove shrimp and set aside.

4. Sauté Aromatics
- Melt garlic herb butter in the same pot.
- Sauté garlic, shallots, and chili onion crunch until tender.

5. Build the Sauce
- Add heavy cream and white wine to the pot.
