What You Need: Ingredients
Potato Base
- 2 large russet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Steak seasoning
- Butter
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheese (cheddar & American)
- Smoked paprika
- Chives
- Salt & pepper
Steak & Shrimp
- 1 ribeye or sirloin steak, cubed
- 8–10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt & pepper
- Steak seasoning
- Olive oil
- Smoked paprika
- Ms. Dash (or all-purpose seasoning)
Garlic Cream Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Other Toppings
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets (steamed or boiled)
- Extra shredded cheese (for topping)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prep and Bake the Potatoes
Scrub the potatoes clean, coat with olive oil and steak seasoning, and poke holes with a fork. Wrap in foil and bake at 400°F for 1 hour.

2. Season and Marinate Steak & Shrimp
Cut steak into cubes and season with salt, pepper, steak seasoning, and olive oil. For shrimp, clean and devein, then season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Ms. Dash, and olive oil. Let both marinate.

3. Sear the Steak
Heat a pan with oil and sear steak cubes for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Set aside.

4. Sauté the Shrimp
In the same pan, cook shrimp until golden and cooked through—about 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

5. Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
In that same pan, add butter and garlic. Sauté briefly, then stir in tomato paste, red pepper flakes, and heavy cream. Simmer until thickened.

6. Broil the Potatoes
Once potatoes are baked, remove foil, return to oven on broil for 10 minutes to crisp the skin.

7. Scoop and Mix the Filling
Cut open potatoes and scoop out the insides. Mix with butter, sour cream, smoked paprika, chives, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese until creamy.

8. Assemble the Potatoes
Refill the potatoes with the mash, then top with steak, shrimp, broccoli, more cheese, and a drizzle of garlic cream sauce.

Pro Tips & Suggestions
- Use large russet potatoes for that perfect fluffy interior and crispy skin.
- Save the pan juices when cooking steak and shrimp—they’re packed with flavor for your sauce.
- Add more spice with extra crushed red pepper or hot sauce in the cream.
- Make it a meal prep win—double the ingredients and eat good all week.
