This Marry Me Chicken Soup is pure comfort in a bowl. Picture tender, perfectly seasoned chicken floating in a rich, velvety broth that’s loaded with tangy sun-dried tomatoes and fresh, vibrant spinach. The rotini pasta soaks up every drop of that creamy, cheesy goodness, creating spoonful after spoonful of soul-warming perfection. It’s hearty, satisfying, and guaranteed to have you coming back for seconds.


Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 large, tender chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tsp Greek seasoning
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

For the Soup

  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Final Season-up

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (herby and aromatic)
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper (for that perfect little kick)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Season That Chicken Right

  • Cube chicken, season well, and sear in hot oil until golden.
  • Set aside.
