- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Kinder’s Caramelized Onion Butter seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Complete Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Tony’s (or your preferred all-purpose seasoning)
- 1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon (chicken or vegetable)
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Wonton wrappers

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Filling
- Brown the turkey. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey until no longer pink.
- Add aromatics. Stir in garlic, onion, and red pepper. Cook until softened and fragrant.
- Flavor it up. Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, ginger paste, Better Than Bouillon, and all seasonings.
- Simmer and combine. Stir-fry until the cabbage softens and everything is well combined. Set aside.

Step 2: Assemble the Cups
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the muffin pan with non-stick spray.
- Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, pressing down gently to form a shell.
- Spoon in the filling—about 2 tablespoons per cup.
- Optional toppings: Add a little shredded cheese, scallions, or chili flakes.

Step 3: Bake and Serve
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until wonton edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then remove from the pan and serve immediately.
