Quick, Colorful, and Packed with Flavor

This stir fry is fresh, vibrant, and made to satisfy without the guilt. Tender chicken breast, crisp green beans, and sweet red bell peppers all come together in a sizzling wok, coated in a sugar-free sweet chili sauce that’s sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of sticky.

Ready in under 30 minutes, this dish delivers on both flavor and convenience. Pair it with fluffy rice for a balanced meal that’s easy enough for weeknights but bold enough to impress.


Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Kindred seasoning
  • 1 tsp Kindred garlic & butter seasoning
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

For the Stir Fry

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups green beans, blanched

For the Sweet Chili Sauce (sugar-free)

  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (like monk fruit or erythritol)
  • 1 tbsp chili paste or sriracha
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)

To Serve

  • Steamed rice

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

  • In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, avocado oil, Kindred seasoning, Kindred garlic & butter seasoning, and cornstarch.
  • Toss until chicken is evenly coated.

2. Cook the Chicken

  • Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Stir fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from wok and set aside.

3. Cook the Vegetables

  • Add bell pepper slices to the same wok and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Blanch green beans in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then add them to the wok.

4. Make the Sweet Chili Sauce

  • In a small saucepan, combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, sweetener, and chili paste.
  • Bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.

5. Combine Everything

  • Return chicken to the wok with bell peppers and green beans.
  • Pour sweet chili sauce over the stir fry and toss until coated.

6. Serve

  • Plate over steamed rice.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped scallions if desired.
