Crispy, Saucy, and Southwest-Spiced
These wings are seasoned to the bone with a bold mix of smoked paprika, chipotle chili, and garlic salt, then coated in a sticky raw honey glaze that caramelizes to crispy perfection.
Each bite delivers sweet heat, zesty lemon, and that juicy, tender center wrapped in a crackly, golden crust. It’s the kind of flavor that grabs you — bold, sweet, smoky, and absolutely addictive.

- In a bowl, mix all your seasonings, minced garlic, olive oil, honey, and fresh lemon juice until well combined.

- Lay the wings flat and spaced out in a baking pan.
- Sprinkle a little extra onion powder and Southwest seasoning on top of the marinated wings for added flavor.

4. Bake the Chicken

- Get ready for compliments!

Pro Tips & Serving Suggestions
- Crispier wings? Pat them extra dry before seasoning — moisture is the enemy of crispiness.
- Want smoky heat? Add chipotle powder or smoked chili flakes to the glaze.
- Make it a meal: Serve with Mexican street corn, sweet potato fries, or a Southwest salad.
- Party hack: Double the glaze and keep some on the side for dipping.
