For the Turkey Wings

  • 1 jar of mild jerk seasoning

  • Chicken bouillon
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Caribbean jerk seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Ground allspice
  • Black pepper
  • 1 sliced onion
  • Sliced red bell pepper
  • Sliced green bell pepper
  • 3 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1½ sticks of butter
  • Fresh thyme

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prep and Season the Turkey Wings

  • Clean and chop 3 pounds of turkey wings.
  • Coat them with olive oil and a generous amount of honey.

2. Add the Jerk and Dry Spices

  • Pour in a whole jar of mild jerk seasoning,
  • Sprinkle on chicken bouillon, onion powder, garlic powder, Caribbean jerk seasoning, paprika, allspice, and black pepper.
