Ingredients

For the Chicken Wings:

  • Chicken wings
  • Adobo seasoning (to taste)
  • Tony’s Creole seasoning (to taste)
  • Onion powder (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • Paprika (to taste)
  • Baking powder (light sprinkle)

For the Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • Frank’s Hot Sauce (to taste)
  • Few drops Worcestershire sauce
  • Parsley flakes (for garnish)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prep the Chicken

  • Clean and pat wings completely dry with paper towels.

2. Season Well

  • Season wings with adobo, Tony’s Creole, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.

3. Add Baking Powder

  • Sprinkle a light layer of baking powder over wings and mix to coat evenly.

4. Arrange for Crispy Baking

  • Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet to catch drippings and keep skin crisp.

5. Bake to Perfection

  • Bake on the top oven rack at 450°F for 30 minutes, then flip and bake another 25–30 minutes.

  • Melt butter in a pan, add Frank’s hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley flakes.

7. Sauce the Wings

  • Add baked wings to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
