These Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sliders are a game-changer for breakfast or brunch. Built on buttery King’s Hawaiian rolls, layered with cheesy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and topped with a garlic-butter crust, these sliders are a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and satisfying. Whether you’re hosting a gathering or looking for a quick, indulgent breakfast option, these sliders are easy to make and guaranteed to impress.

For the sliders:

  • 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls (12 rolls)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 8-10 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the garlic butter:

  • 4 tbsp garlic spread or garlic butter
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Steps:

  1. Prepare the Bacon:
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Arrange bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-22 minutes until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Scramble the Eggs:
    • Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until fully combined.
    • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add a bit of butter, and scramble the eggs until fluffy. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Prepare the Hawaiian Rolls:
    • Slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact. Spread garlic butter generously on the cut sides of the rolls.
  4. Toast the Rolls:
    • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the buttered side of the rolls down and toast until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  5. Assemble the Sliders:
    • Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (if using) on the toasted bottom rolls.
    • Place the American cheese slices evenly across the bottom layer.
    • Pile the scrambled eggs generously over the cheese.
    • Layer the crispy bacon on top of the eggs.
    • Place the toasted top rolls on the sliders, pressing down gently.
