Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Large marshmallows
  • Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Rice Krispies cereal
  • Sprinkles

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Brown the Butter & Add Condensed Milk

  • Brown the butter in a pot over medium heat until golden and fragrant.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Stir until fully combined.

2. Melt Marshmallows

  • Add the large marshmallows.
  • Stir until they begin to melt.
  • Continue stirring until fully melted and smooth.

3. Add Flavor & Mini Marshmallows

  • Stir in the Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste.
  • Add mini marshmallows and continue stirring until melted and incorporated.

4. Mix in Cereal

  • Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the marshmallow mixture.
  • Stir well to evenly coat.

5. Add Extra Marshmallows & Transfer

  • Fold in additional mini marshmallows.
  • Transfer the mixture to glass baking dishes.

6. Press, Top & Set

  • Gently press the mixture evenly into the dish.
  • Add sprinkles on top.
  • Allow to set before cutting and storing.
