Ingredients

  • Fresh kiwi, cleaned, peeled, and chopped
  • Cucumber, cleaned, peeled, and chopped
  • Ginger root, cleaned and sliced
  • Lime, cleaned, peeled, and chopped
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Ice, for serving
  • Water, as needed for blending

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prep the Produce

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Peel and chop kiwi, cucumber, ginger, and lime into small pieces.

2. Blend the Juice

  • Add all chopped ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Add water to help it blend smoothly.
  • Blend until completely liquefied.

3. Strain It

  • Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl or pitcher.
  • Press or squeeze to extract as much liquid as possible.

4. Sweeten and Serve

  • Stir in sugar to taste, mixing until fully dissolved.
  • Add ice to a pitcher, then pour the juice over top.
