3. Processing DMCA Complaints

Upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint, Black Foodie Finder will:

If the original poster believes the content was removed by mistake, they may submit a DMCA Counter-Notice as outlined below.

4. DMCA Counter-Notice (Challenging a Claim)

5. Repeat Infringers

Black Foodie Finder follows a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. If a user repeatedly violates copyright laws, we may suspend or permanently terminate their account and restrict access to our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability
