Alligator meat is a Southern delicacy that brings bold flavors and a unique texture to the table. Whether blackened, grilled, or fried, it’s a must-try for adventurous food lovers. These Lemon Pepper Alligator Bites recipe takes crispy fried alligator up a notch with a flavorful blend of Cajun and lemon pepper seasonings. Ingredients

  • Alligator meat (cubed)
  • 1 egg (for battering)
  • All-purpose flour (seasoned)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Lemon pepper seasoning

Step-By-Step Directions

Step 1: Prep the Alligator Meat

  • Rinse and pat dry your alligator meat.
  • Cut it into bite-sized pieces.
