Let’s be real—summer heat don’t play. When the sun is out and the vibes are high, you need a treat that cools you off and looks good doing it. Enter: Swirled Watermelon Mango Popsicles. Created by food content queen Alexis Kennedy, these pops hit all the right notes—juicy, tropical, tangy, naturally sweet, and refreshingly cold.

Inspired by childhood freeze cups and fruit bars from the corner store, this homemade glow-up is easy to make but feels luxe. With no artificial anything, just vibrant fruit and a swirl that’s almost too pretty to eat, these popsicles bring joy to your tastebuds and chill to your bones. Whether you’re cooling down after a cookout or just need something to beat the midday blaze, this is that summer snack.


Ingredients

This recipe combines two fresh fruit blends for a layered, flavorful frozen treat:

? Mixture #1 – Watermelon & Strawberry

  • 64 oz fresh watermelon scoops
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

? Mixture #2 – Mango & Coconut Water

  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • Just under 1.5 cups coconut water
  • Juice of ½ – 1 lime (adjust to taste)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Watermelon & Strawberry Mixture

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon, frozen strawberries, lime juice, and agave syrup.
  2. Blend until silky smooth. Pour into a separate container and set aside.

Step 2: Rinse & Blend the Mango Mixture

  1. Rinse the blender to keep colors bold and separate.
  2. Add frozen mango, coconut water, lime juice, and agave syrup.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Pour & Swirl into Popsicle Molds

  1. Grab your popsicle mold and alternate layers of each fruit mixture.
  2. The swirl effect will create that stunning two-tone look with every pour.

Step 4: Add Sticks & Freeze

  1. Insert sticks into the mold and secure the lid.
  2. Freeze for 4–5 hours or until completely solid.

Step 5: Unmold & Serve

  1. Serve immediately and let the refreshing, tropical flavors do their thing.
  2. Run warm water over the mold for a few seconds to release the pops easily.
